Can I get an invoice for my ticket?
Yes. An invoice is issued for every ticket sold.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card and bank transfer.
Can I buy tickets for my whole team?
Yes. Once you have filled in the details for the first ticket, click "submit an extra person" to add the next one.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Get 5% off when you buy 5 tickets or more, and 10% off when you buy 10 or more.
Is my T-shirt size guaranteed?
Your selected size is guaranteed for tickets purchased before September 20th. From September 20th onward, we will do our best to match your selection, but sizes cannot be guaranteed because the shirts are produced in advance. Check the size chart before choosing.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Email us and we'll move it to the new attendee.
I haven't received my registration confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first, then email us and we'll look into it.
Will tickets be available at the venue?
No. Tickets are sold online only, until they sell out.
What happens if FastAPI Conf sells out?
We'll open a waiting list.
